These Terms and Conditions govern your use of darknightiptv.com and the Dark IPTV 4K streaming service. By purchasing a package or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Dark IPTV 4K provides access to live television channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet ("the Service"). Packages are available for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. All packages include the same features; only duration and price differ.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a package.
Login credentials are personal and may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed.
One package covers your household devices; simultaneous-stream limits apply per your plan. Contact us for multi-connection options.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not restream, rebroadcast or redistribute the Service or any part of it.
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations in your country.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
Account sharing outside your household may result in suspension without refund.

4. Orders, Activation & Renewal

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or the contact channels on this website. Activation typically completes within about 15 minutes of payment confirmation. Packages are prepaid and do not auto-renew; we will remind you before expiry and renew only at your request.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, your internet connection or device limitations may affect availability. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. We may add, replace or remove channels and VOD titles at any time to maintain quality.

6. Your Responsibilities

Ensure your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements (15 Mbps recommended; 25 Mbps for 4K).
Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Use the Service in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Payments & Refunds

Prices are shown in EUR on the pricing page and are payable in advance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee for new packages.

8. Intellectual Property

The Dark IPTV 4K name, logo, website design and original content are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark IPTV 4K is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or interruptions caused by third parties, your ISP or your equipment. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current package period.

10. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; prepaid periods are handled per the Refund Policy.
