Dark IPTV 4K respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users. This page describes how copyright owners can submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar frameworks.

1. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content made available through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice including all of the following:

• Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (channel name, title, dates/times, screenshots where possible).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Where to Send Notices

Designated DMCA contact: message our team on WhatsApp at +212 618-931089 with the subject "DMCA Notice", or use the contact page. We acknowledge complete notices within 72 hours.

3. Our Process

• We review complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the identified material while investigating.
• We forward validated complaints to the relevant upstream content providers for resolution.
• Repeat-infringer accounts are terminated in appropriate circumstances.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. We forward counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.

5. Good Faith

Submitting a false or misleading notice or counter-notice may carry legal consequences. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, please seek legal advice before filing.
